No returns or refunds through Misuse of the product, ie no Dropping from heights, Burning the frame or Battery's, Not to be
left in direct sunlight or exposed to temperatures of over 70F or submerged in water at all for any periods of time.

No overcharging-8 to 10 hours charging in a well ventilated area free from fire exits and escape routes. No charging overnight for safety.  Please no leaving
the battery to run dead as this effects the life of the Battery over time leading to only the lights working but not the Toy unit as the Lead acid will crystallize.

Upon Delivery please give the Battery aprx 16-18 Hours charge.

Even though i am an independent importer i have gone through everything to comply with the UK law. I have an MSDS certificate, public and product liability insurance.

The bikes have been in storage and travelled the world from anywhere from 3 to 9 months and are factory moulded and boxed as soon as they are made. Some components are still freshly painted to the highest of standards and may still smell and be wet and tacky. This will not affect the bikes performance and therefore will not fall under our terms for a return as it will not stop the bike from working.

The bikes have been stored and during transit some components do move, ie the bolts for construction may have come out of the packaging and can be found in the boxes themselves.

issue/s.  They do this by asking a few questions to determine
eligibility as well as the difficulty in repair.   

Our warranty starts from the date the product is received and generally covers manufacturing defects for 6 months

the procedure we employ for returns and repairs.  *It is important to
stress that our warranty on its outset covers parts & labour, where
we first attempt to resolve the fault by sending parts out and if
unsuccessful we will then arrange a return for repair depending on the
circumstances your location. If your item is non-reparable do not worry,
we will offer you a refurbished model in place of this so your child
can still enjoy their ride on- This is only valid whithin the alloted time frame as mentioned below. Subject to circumstances and usage.

The warranty excludes parts which are classed as consumables as well as faults which are caused by misuse.

accidental or malicious damage, vandalism, acts of war or terrorism,

Improper usage, storage or handling of the product

A breach of the terms and conditions of this warranty or the contract terms

Failure to follow our written instructions for the product, or those of the manufacturer

Damage or defect due to wilful neglect or negligence by anyone other than us

Loss of quality, degradation of performance or actual damage
that results from the use of spare parts or other replaceable items
(such as consumables) that are neither made nor recommended by the

Modification to the product and/or software, by someone other than our representatives

Connection of other fittings, accessories, equipment or software to the product which were not approved by us

External causes out of our control which may include accidents, fire disasters or burglaries

Faults caused by shock or fall, sand, dust, dirt, dampness or

Any malfunctions or specific requirements of any other item of
hardware or software which you added to the product that was not
included in the contract

Correction of errors for any Lucky Dino Toys or original manufacturer proprietary parts/accessories or software.

If anything is missing ie bolts or chargers we will endeavour to send a replacement straight away. We have Lights, pedals, consoles available and can also send these.

Wire mix up:

It happens from time to time, in Ghost busters when you cross the streams?

Do not cross the Red and Black wires as Red goes to Red and Black to Black, Otherwise this will result in a shortage to power reaction to the motor.

Reverse the mixed up wires and power on and use the pedals again, then switch to the original Red to Red etc to power on and work.

This will help remedy the situation.

Our handlebars are Tacky:

Yes this is freshly packed and sealed and maybe some of our models still smell like paint, it has been tested and is safe and no it will not stop your child enjoying their toy.

With the humidity of the Boxes in storage and having traveled to the UK by boat wouldnt you be a bit sweaty and hot.

To remedy this unpack the handle bars 1st, and leave out to dry, there is nothing we can do to stop this and is a natural occurance especialy if wrapped up like a christmas tree. This will dry and be safe to assemble and play with straight away. Even more fun to build the day before all ready and waiting.

The Battery keep dying or shorting out:

Ok Pop open the lid and make sure the wires are in place, Great. Sometimes during play they will move and will not be too much bother even if you end up taping them to the battery. As for playtime sometimes the safe Lead acid 6V batteries just need a bit more juice.

Instead of 8 hours while the kids are in bed just put on charge for another few hours , 12 to 18. You can stagger this through the day or even at the weekend. Again safety 1st not over night, not to block doorways and fire escapes etc.

NEVER over 18 as this again can damage the battery and misuse will not be refundable or covered by our T and C's
